PRIVATE AMAZON ADS WORKSPACE

Amazon Ads and AI, working on the same campaign.

MerchPilot brings Amazon Ads account data into one workspace and uses AI to turn a plain-language brief into a campaign draft built from products that actually sell.

Ads reporting you can trust

Campaign, ad group and target metrics with an explicit date range, marketplace and reporting timezone attached to every figure. Nine presets from Today to Year to Date, or any custom range.

AI campaign drafting

Describe a theme in plain language. The assistant searches synced sales history and returns real ASINs with keyword ideas, ready to edit before anything is saved.

Sales kept separate from ads

Units, royalties, returns and cancellations are reported on their own. Merch sales are never presented as ad-attributed sales, and currencies are never silently summed.

Nothing publishes itself

Every campaign stays a draft until the owner approves it. Data collection is read-only, and each change request is recorded with its outcome.

How a campaign gets built

  1. SyncPull current Ads figures and Merch sales into the workspace for a chosen period.
  2. BriefWrite what the campaign should be about. Pick a marketplace, product type and sales window.
  3. ReviewEdit the suggested ASINs, keywords, budget and bids. Every suggestion is a starting point.
  4. ApproveThe draft only moves forward on an explicit owner decision, within set budget limits.

Built for one team

MerchPilot is an internal tool for a single Merch business. There are no customer accounts, no public sign-up and no shared dashboards — access is limited to the owner and authorized administrators, and credentials are stored server-side.
